My inspiration for this site came to me as I perused other forum having to do with Delaware and saw that the users on these site weren’t quite satisfied with either the Staffing, User-friendliness, or Freedoms, amongst other things, we as people come to expect from online communities. So I decided to do something about it, Talk Delaware was born.
